Cancellation Policy

📋 Booking Policy We’re so excited you’re considering Polish & Play for your child’s big day! Here’s everything you need to know before booking: Booking + Confirmation Once you fill out our party request form, we’ll follow up within 36 hours to confirm availability and go over the details. After that, we’ll send over an invoice so you can reserve your party date. A 50% deposit is required to lock in your booking. Your date isn’t guaranteed until the deposit is received. Final Payment The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. This gives us time to prep your supplies, schedule our team, and make sure everything is perfect. If final payment isn’t received by then, your party date may be released. Cancellations We understand that things come up. If you cancel 14 or more days before your event, your deposit can be refunded or applied toward a future party. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the party are non-refundable. No-shows and day-of cancellations are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Party Size & Add-ons Our party packages are designed for 6 or 10 kids. If you’re expecting more guests, we can accommodate extra kids for $39-49 each, depending on package, availability and space. Travel We currently serve Las Vegas and Henderson. Travel beyond 20 miles from the central Las Vegas area may require a travel fee. We’ll confirm that during the booking process. If you have any questions, just reach out.
